This guitar might suddenly play and give you multiple features: from extra wilds to destroying symbols, to upgrading the symbols to the next paying one on the reel.
The Twisted Sister slot has a top win of 4,500x your bet
Which is impressive for a mid variance slot machine. But the reality should probably be set a little lower.
Why? Because in order to get to that top win, you’ll need multipliers. In order to get multipliers you’ll need to collect more than 4 scatter symbols. 4 will trigger the free spins, but any scatter you collect on top of that will increase the multiplier by 1.
The biggest multiplier we’ve caught is 4x. And then we won around 50x your bet. So whilst you can aim high, set your expectations a little lower, and you’ll walk away a little happier and having had plenty of fun.
Because as you watch that 2×2 mega wild symbol roam the screen, slowly walk towards the scatter, leaving behind a trail of wins, you’ll be singing ‘We’re not gonna take it’ against every authority figure that ever made you turn down your radio because it was too loud.
Not quite as good as the Viking Runecraft slot, but one hell of a fun journey back into the 80s.

Cluster Pays: 5 or more symbols touching horizontally or vertically will create a win.
Avalanching Spins: On a win, the symbols will disappear and more will tumble down from above, giving you a second chance of a win.
Wild Scatter: The Dad symbol acts as both a wild and a scatter. It can be used in a winning combination and will remain on screen in case you can collect more than one and trigger the bonus feature (more on that below).
Guitar Charge Meter: Any wins using the band member will full the Guitar by 1. The Guitar can hole up to 15 charges and can randomly unleash any one of the bonus features below.

- Scream: The high paying symbol chosen will release a sound wave and destroy any low paying symbols immediately around it, to be replaced by a new cascading of symbols.

Dad Gets Angry: On a random non-winning spin you might get 2 Wild Scatters added to the grid.
We’re Not Gonna Take It Free Spins: Once you collect 4 wild scatters, you'll get the free spins feature. If you collect more than 4 scatters, the multiplier will increase by 1. What you get is a mega symbol that takes a 2x2 space and chases the scatter symbols on the screen (the dad), as is the mega symbol.
The mega symbol will move towards the scatters on the screen, and once it is reached, the wild scatter will disappear and (generally) create a win. This will continue until no more wild scatters are left on the grid.

We had great fun playing on this Twisted Sister slot, even though we are not all that familiar with the band themselves, the songs are iconic enough that it doesn't matter.
What you have here is an avalanching reels and cluster play grid slot that will send you to the 80s, with a whole host of features.
It's mid volatility and getting that 4,500x your bet top prize is a jackpot that is hard to find. If you win anything close to 1,000x your bet, you might want to move on.
As long as you can accept that, you'll have a rocking great time in a slot that doesn't quite break all the rules but certainly gives you enough glam to make you shine.

GAME SET-UP, SYMBOLS AND GRAPHICS
Play n Go have been rocking the grid slot format for many years so they know what they are doing with the this set up. The 6×6 sits, as you might expect, between two giant speaker stacks with a V-shaped guitar leaning up on the left which also plays a part in the game as a ‘charge meter’. It’s not a game of the highest quality graphics, but it is what we’ve come to know and love from this Swedish game studio – down and dirty, with smart gameplay.
As usual, we’re talking cluster mechanics, so after the first 36 symbols land you’ll be looking for clusters of 5 or more. Any cluster will break up and new symbols drop in to replace those that disappear from the grid. This creates nice win sequences as well as triggering additional features. The symbols are made up of various rock paraphernalia, including guitar picks and records, as well as the band members themselves. The lead singer tops the payout charts with a 250x if you can score 25 in one cluster! There is also a Wild that will sub in for any other symbol to form part of a cluster.
TWISTED SISTER SLOT RTP, VARIANCE AND PAYOUTS
Unlike other recent Play n Go releases, and somewhat at odds with no-holds barred attitude of its protagonists, this slot does not rage on at the top of the variance scale. Angry Dad Meter and We’re Not Gonna Take It Feature
Fans of the band will recognize the Angry Dad character from a song video. Here, he is also a Wild Scatter, and when he forms part of a win, his meter fills. This triggers the We’re Not Gonna Take It feature – the normal gameplay but with a 2×2 colossal band symbol thrown into the mix. The round keeps going until all the Angry Dad symbols are removed from the grid.
OUR VERDICT
Twister Sister is a classic rock n roll gird slot from a studio who know how to make this work. The format has been done many times but here Play n Go have put their own quirky twist on proceedings with some nice band member modifiers and a hit song-themed bonus round. The lower-than average variance will give more players than usual the opportunity to get a kick out of this slot, and we reckon it could be knocking around for some time.
